No, you didn’t misread the title and it isn’t a typo…..it also doesn’t mean tattoos of the band “The Butthole Surfers” nor is it a reference to the episode of Beavis and Butthead, where Beavis says he’s going to get a tattoo of a butt…on his butt.

Rectal tattoos are apparently a thing. I mean, I’ve seen them everywhere else (I have one on my penis that says “Pee Wee”……till it gets hard, then it says “Pee Wee’s bar and grill, Tuscaloosa Alabama.
